Description

This course provides an understanding of the importance of inspiring and motivating strategies as a leader, as well as practical techniques to inspire employees to work together toward the goals of the organization. In addition, the course includes a general introduction to communicating vision, including its nature and its purpose, and guides participants through methods to successfully communicate vision, such as personalizing and multiplying a clear message, communicating enthusiasm in an authentic way, and making the organization’s vision for the future the employees’ vision.
